  1. After a day or two, your brain will start to remember itself to perform My Day
  2. You will notice that it will be easier for you to perform the actual behaviour
  3. Your self-identify can shift (into ”I am a person who uses the ToDo app”)
  4. A natural curiosity can surface (”I wonder how I can extend the My Day routine…?”)
